Dress well and be stylish, but do remember that most designer ranges are intended to be worn by very thin, very young models. If a new style suits you, then buy it, and enjoy wearing it. Never be tempted to buy something just because it’s the latest fashion. You don’t want to waste money on something because it’s in style and feel uncomfortable wearing it. 

When you are over 50, you should take advantage of being able to look more glamorous. High-quality jewelry and classic accessories will add real glamour and style to your appearance.

Our skin is different as women over 50. We are losing our elasticity, and wrinkles are starting to form. Proper skincare is a must. Avoid using heavy over-the-counter products that have false claims to make you look years younger.

And enjoying a glass of wine every now and then is fine, but if you are a daily drinker, it might be time to reduce your alcohol intake. Alcohol dehydrates our bodies, and it’s also a depressant, so it might be time to start cutting back on your consumption.
