Seriously. I want you to take some time to stand naked in front of the mirror and take a good long hard look at yourself. 

Think of the benefits of exercise 

We already know the benefits of exercise, but I want you to sit down with a pen and paper, yes, the old-fashioned way, and write out all the benefits that you know of. 

Put it on your calendar 

Just like you would a doctor’s appointment. Make an appointment with yourself, for yourself, in your day planner, or on your calendar to workout at home.
