6 Not-So-Easy Step to Change Your Life at 50

Today I want to talk to you a bit about how to change your life at 50, so you can finally be happy and live the life you have always wanted to live. 

How can I change my life in 7 days?

It can take 7 days to form one new habit but honestly, you have to keep at it. Maintainence. It’s like showering. You have to do it daily.

For many of us women over 50, we’ve just left our husbands/partners, some of us after many many years and we’re trying to find ourselves, as cliché as that sounds, that’s exactly what we’re doing.

Dump the toxic people in your life 

All of them. If it’s your boss or spouse, get rid of ’em. And don’t say “oh sure Iva it’s easy for you to say” YES it is easy for me to say because I did it. 

Use your voice more 

Like seriously, practice raising your voice a little and saying “NO”.  

Chase your dreams 

Every one of us has a dream that we put on the back burner for some reason and never chased or followed through with it. Do it now.
