Yes, you can have glowing skin when you start drinking more water but truth be told, there are literally tons of benefits of putting more water into your body.
Let’s face it, water is kinda icky. I mean it’s boring and bleh. It is to me anyway. I use to have a really hard time getting the required amount of water into my daily regime.
Who wouldn’t rather have a tall glass of juice/pop/tea/coffee/etc? I know I would. But I’m starting to realize as I get older, my body needs more healthy stuff and less of the good stuff
