While this 5 Minute Memory Reset works beautifully, it works even better when you also maintain other crucial healthy habits. Make sure to keep a basic healthy routine daily in order to age strongly!

Even a short walk increases blood flow to the brain. Better blood flow means better clarity, better focus, and a happier you! You should also aim to strength train, if you can, at least 3x a week.

Eat Nourishing Foods

Your brain thrives on leafy greens, berries, healthy fats, fish, nuts, and foods that lower inflammation. When you want to improve your memory, food plays a bigger role than most people realize. Here’s a great grocery list for you!

Cut Back on Sugar and Processed Foods
