I’ve been in and out of love and toxic relationships all my life. It wasn’t until the last few years that I realized that I deserve the best. So do you, by the way. 

While relationships are supposed to provide love, trust, companionship, and more, sometimes they just don’t and cause us grief and stress. Today, I want to talk about the signs that it could be time to let go of a relationship.

And this could mean friendships too, not just romantic relationships.
