- 1 cup sugar (plain white sugar will do)
- 1 cup solid coconut oil
- ⅛ tsp vanilla bean powder
- 10 drops of vanilla essential oil
- 15 drops of lemon essential oil

- Beat for an additional 3 minutes until light and fluffy.

Variations and Suggestions
While this sugar scrub recipe uses the essential oils vanilla and lemon, you can certainly substitute other fragrances.
Here are a few suggestions:

Just to name a few! You can also substitute the coconut oil for shea butter or cocoa butter, but I wouldn’t recommend substituting for a liquid oil like avocado, jojoba, or any kind. To be honest, I haven’t tried making this with liquid oil, so I’m not sure what the results would be.
